Poor management
Upon check in, they told me that the room I paid for was not available due to “maintenance”. I asked to see the room and they could not show me. I believe the gave my room away. I paid for a 3 bedroom PH suite with private pool and got a 2 bedroom regular room instead. Then...the electricity and water went out the next day and all they could tell me was that they’re not a hotel and to contact the people I booked with (which was Hotels.com) (which I also had NO SERVICE to contact anyone). My birthday was ruined!

terrible service by the administrator !! there was no one from the administration when we arrived, the security guard had to do magic to give us a room, because the room we were given had no electricity, and we waited until 11:30PM and they downgrades us to a smaller room.
