    we had a non smoking room, however, apparently the room below us was smoking because we could smell cigarette smoke in our room, it was gross! Room was pretty shabby and outside walkway too

    We have stayed there before. The attendant was very helpful providing us with a non smoking room, even though the booking stated smoking (very happy for the change) but with two beds the room was crowded. Otherwise no complaints.

    Room was clean, but refrigerator and A/C barely worked. Had to set thermostat to 50 degrees to get the room somewhat comfortable, and even then, I wasn't sleeping that well. Clerk on duty was more interested in taking their cigarette break right outside the lobby than answering my repeated calls about whether a room with better A/C was available. I might add that I did mention smoke was a problem for me when I checked in. Left after 6-8 hours. I have noticed that hotels listed with discount sites have a tendency to only reserve rooms with obvious maintenance issues for customers through those sites. This practice needs to stop, and the clerks really should respect guests a little more than to smoke in common areas. Definitely would not stay in this place again.

    Won’t stay there again

    Hotel did not have reservation from Hotels.com. Took almost 45 minutes to check in. Older hotel undergoing remodeling. Shower faucet was broken. Heater rattled all night. Room was very small. Continental breakfast was ok nothing to brag about. Won’t stay there next time.
