Check In issues
We arrived at 6:30 pm. Our room was not ready for us to check in. The front desk clerk stated it had not been cleaned yet. Check in time is 3:00 pm. We felt that our room should have been ready to check in by 7pm. We had to change clothes in the lobby bathroom to go to dinner. The clerk stated she would call us when our room was ready but we never received a phone call. I will never book this hotel again. We should not have had to pay over $200 for a room that we could not even get in until bedtime.

Receptionist at check in was rude. It appears maybe she needed some help but called front desk several times and was placed on hold, then line was dropped. This took over 1 hour of my time after check in. My situation with the hotel was never resolved, however hotels.com was very helpful

Great property
This was a great property we got the suite and it was huge. The one thing I did not which isn't the properties fault it was hotels.com issue. Never buy the breakfast, ever breakfast I've bought from hotels.com I've always been screwed out of my money this time was no different. The property swears hotels.com doesn't send them any notification that we bought the breakfast. So needless to say we never got to redeem what we paid for.
