      Meh

The water in the shower/tub wouldn’t go down. I called the front desk and no one showed up. Only one person was able to shower. They didn’t offer anything for the situation but a sorry. Upsetting because no one could shower.

      Not a happy camper

The lady that checked me in was a very unhappy person. She wouldn't give us the complimentry cookies and water and extra blankets and pillows. (The people that checked in after me got cookie and water). The toilets over flowed and the couch was filthy. I wanted to use my AAA on the purchase of the room and she said it was applied and then found out the next morning it wasn't. That I had to use that on hotels.com. I didn't see a place for it so I thought I would ask when I got to the hotel. I thought for getting a presidential suite it would have been way better. We had to ask for cups and coffee even.

      Disappointed

Gentleman checking us in didn’t know what he was doing, they changed us from a corner suite (reserved and paid a week prior) without telling us and we’re rude when I called right down to the front desk, bed was broken, rooms old and worn out, parking garage and staircase very dirty and dark, haven’t refunded the money owed to us for downgrading our room. We’ve had good experiences in the past but this was all around frustrating and disappointing.

      Great Room

Room was great, very spacious and clean. Restaurant and Starbucks were a bonus. Usually love this hotel but this time the hot tub had way to much chemicals. Just sitting on the edge made my eyes burn.

The front desk check in. My room was an hour late getting cleaned so I had to wait. The front desk lady- Caucasian, long, sandy blonde hair, wearing a red sweater was extremely rude and not helpful at all!! But when I returned a different man helped me and he was very, very nice.

      Suggest you look elsewhere

I was overcharged for the room I booked, an extra night was also charged and a restaurant charge that was not mine. I’m lucky I caught it when I returned home. In addition, my hotel neighbors were noisy, and I had to call down to have someone talk with them. Little sleep that night and frustration on the extra charges. I have never had this happen before.

      Negative experience

The lady at the front desk has no people skills. She is extremely unprofessional in her approach to people. Among other things, when we purchased ice cream and other items in the mini mart, she told us that she had no plastic silverware there and that we were supposed to go get it ourselves all the way to the restaurant in the back of the first floor. I know that the hotel industry, as many others, was severely impacted by covid and is still trying to recover, and some hotels can't afford to have enough staff. But this people act like they don't want to be there and hate their jobs. We went back to this hotel because it used to be good in the past, but the quality of the service has diminished. Next time I will consider several other choices.
