Room was clean. Only issue was that there was no toilet paper or tissues in the room so I had to go ask for some. Property is a bit old but sufficient for the price and close to the airport.

All of the negative reviews are true
Unfortunately, the only good thing about this property was it had hot water and a good shower. The service at the desk was very unfriendly. The hotel smells like either marijuana or hotdogs, depending on who you ask. Most people said marijuana. The beds are very uncomfortable, the pillows are very uncomfortable, and the place is very rundown. For the price you would think it was OK, but spend $20 more and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, have no idea what the property conditions were like because was never able to get to property. Specifically chose this property because of the free airport shuttle they advertised. After calling the number provided for over an hour (with no answer) another person stranded at the airport got thru -- only to find out that they stopped providing a shuttle! The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I will never book a Ramada or Wyndham property again.
