so so for a business hotel
For a business hotel without tea and coffee in room is bit strange. and they can use some renovation. The trash can used in the bathroom can be changed as it was broken and dirty. Otherwise location is great.

I have stayed in other hotels from this chain and this one needs renovation. Is outdated, it needs a little bit of tlc but other than that is good. Our room’s air conditioning stopped working so we were given another room right away. We did have a problem with sewer smell coming from the bidet but it was also taken care of immediately. The staff and service was great, the breakfast was very good. Overall a good stay and a good price.

The hotel staff was extremely difficult to work with and refused to help when my flight was delayed. I missed my check-in time for unavoidable reasons and they were extremely unhelpful. Beautiful place but not worth the horrible service.

As Vip Gold hotels.com we should have received upgrade for our room category , the hotel was not full and they told us they could not upgrade us since we arrived at 22:00 pm ... Breakfast is very good , rooms clean I would expect to have a kettle for coffee which they didn’t have No solution for parking within the hotel and not close public parking Location great

Not a good stay
The room was so hot. The hotel had turned off the AC and had no solution. It also took 4 calls to the front desk to get anyone to answer the phone. The water temperature fluctuated wildly and there was little water pressure. I would not stay here again.

The room seemed smaller than the one pictured online when I booked the hotel. However, we did have a balcony with a wonderful view so that made up for it. The location was great, next to the bus station and a park and at the edge of the old part of town, so it was easily accessible by taxis and a short ride to the train station. Breakfast was good. I would have liked more hangers in the closet and a little more space to store clothes. The room was clean but the shower grout was stained and the furniture a little chewed up. Overall, I liked the hotel and would recommend it.
