Hotel is beautifully landscaped on large property, rooms clustered throughout with large pool and outdoor dining area in Centre. Easy 25 minute walk to central area.

Nice hotel lots of green area to walk around the property, the pool need some upgrades and painting, other then that the place is excellent, the food is very good and very cheap will love to go back

False advertisement
The front desk lady wasn’t so happy I had 3 kids with me so I stated that was the reason why I had booked a Jr Suite, she didn’t reply. As soon as we open the door I notice the small room with outdated non-working TV, went to the front desk to ask for an extra bed cause that’s what I booked, the lady than reply there wasn’t enough room for it so I asked an employee if the room where I was staying was a Jr Suite, she replied NO this are standard rooms, the suites are by the pool. Went back to the front desk for the second time, this time I was sure I had the wrong room and asked for a room that I had paid for than the lady finally said that they didn’t have anymore suites that “Hotels.com was at fault for letting me book one that wasn’t available”. The room was already paid for so I had no choice but to take an uncomfortable room, that was at 3 pm. Later around 8 pm front desk called stating that one room had been check out if we wanted to move, of course I said YES. My point is “WHY so much miscommunication, false advertisement, we should get that we paid for not what’s left”. The hotel ended up been amazing, I loved it, I love Mexico, it’s people, the food.

Best hotel in oaxca , in my opinion
I stayed here for 3 days , the hotel staff are al extremely friendly & helpful, the hotel is slightly dated but the grounds are beautiful with nature gardens & a wonderful pool ( with bar & food service) the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was tee best I had in Oacxa . I will stay here again on my next visit and I would highly recommend it , especially if you are sightseeing , it’s a good place to relax

Great staff 10 min walk to downtown. Amenities looked.good. Beds clean comfortable and nice. Hotel is older (electrical conextions still have two projects mgs only no ground prong) but overall excellent staff, great breakfast a quick walk to downtown Oaxaca.
