Staying in the executive tower and the A/C was not working in the room. I arrived at 30 minutes past midnight and had an early start and yet had to try and sort the A/C before I could sleep.

Excellent hotel. We'd stayed here once before when taking a flight out of Frankfurt airport. This time we were passing through by car, and decided to break the journey up by staying at the Steigenberger. Just a lovely oasis in a busy part of the world.

I have stayed at the Steigenberger many times, and keep coming back because it has great rooms (nicely furnished, great amenities), frequent shuttle to the terminal, nice restaurant and bar and a great pool. Very friendly staff as well.

I can only speak about the Suite in the Executive Tower: comfortable, functional, cozy, well-designed... and with an excellent view. Check-in process was outstanding, extremely pleasant staff. Highly recommended option. Convenient shuttle.

Obvious choice for airport stay
Very nice but busy airport hotel. They treated me like a VIP with my Hotels.com status which was unusual. The buffet breakfast is good in quantity but not quality--so many things but too many of them cold and not tasty--and not worth the price, in my opinion. The airport shuttles are frequent and easy to find when you arrive at FRA.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was in good repair. The only criticism is that my wife needed a wheelchair and one that was available was old and the tires needed air. The hotel should review it’s accommodations for guests that need the use of a wheelchair. Thanks

Perfect Hotel!
This is our second time staying at Steigenberger, and we are always very pleased with how professional and friendly the staff members are in all areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the spa facilities, the room was comfortable (especially the bed!), and everything about our stay was great! We will return again on our flight back to the States at the end of August, and we look forward to it.
