Service the pool and deck area
Though under construction our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The pool is desperate need of cleaning and the surrounding patio area looked like it had not been sprayed down in awhile. Definitely was not up to the standards I have experienced with Double Tree in the past

The new updates to the hotel are great but upon checking in, one of the girls was rude, our room also did not have a microwave when Expedia said it did and she proceeds to tell us she could microwave our food if we wanted which to me is unprofessional. This hotel needs to update their info on Expedia, other than that, everything went smooth.

Wrong advertising in Expedia by saying there was a sofa bed, and the staff said there were none in the whole hotel rooms.The pool was filthy with bird’s poop and green mold. The hot tub was out of order and there was roaches in the bathroom.
