The cover had holes in them n was dirty. The sheets looked dirty also. I saw roaches in the room also.

I saw roaches in my room. And the heat only blew out warm heat. I had it turned all the way up and I was still cold in the room. Called and asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn’t have any. Took a shower and the water only stayed hot for 2 minutes so, I had to finish taken a cold shower. I have stayed here plenty of times and never had these issues before.

To be completely honest it’s the best hotel that exist in Burlington NC. I was skeptic at first when coming but after staying a night or so I was like really happy and surprised. It was not wat I was expecting. I will have to say the ONLY downfall and complaint I could have would be the fact they took the pool out and filled it in with diet!! Like why?!?! I don’t understand that bc it was the best pool around also along With the Hookah Bar. They were both pretty awesome to have around Burlington in Lame , no chance Alamance county, NC. Keep improving and
