Once was enough

I will preface this by saying, there was road closures that were out of the hotels control and im sure some staffing issues. They only offered valet because of the road construction. That will cost you $32 with unlimited in and out OR find parking in a ramp somewhere. I dont think the valet was owned by the hotel but it was so backed up and the valet attendees were quite rude. Check in there was a line, no lie 40 deep with 2 front desk employees. Our room was damp and the shwets felt damp as though they werent quite dry when making the bed. Wifi was spotty Valet during check out was muchbetter and efficient Great shower pressure and huge towels
