Room was ok. Walls are super thin because we could hear everything going on in the room next door. Beds were comfy, and hotel staff was friendly.

Very bad experience.
Due to covid-19, daily housekeeping service is not possible. We stayed for five days, at the time of check out, we were charged $40.00for a hand towel and a sheet that had strawberry and a tiny bit of chocolate on it from my 14yo granddaughter. But that's not all, from my stay a month ago, I only got back half of my cash deposit. The envelope said clearly that $200 was enclosed. When it was opened, there was only $100 in it. So now I'm out $140.00. Seriously, I'm not happy.

hey need to tell everyone on websites about $200
Our stay was ok, I got charged $200 for Incidentals, there was no say anywhere about that charge. I thought the charge wasn’t right, then our breakfast was maybe 8 oz cup of yogurt, 12oz coffee 16.9oz of water, apple, and a .084 oz of chewy bar, breakfast sucked.

NIGHTMARE don’t waste money
The shower soap dispensers didn’t work. Mold or mildew in the coffee pot. Bodily fluids on night stand. When I reported it I got a sarcastic remark how house cleaning dropped the ball. And I was asked if I could wait until morning. I was also told nothing could be done about some of these issues.

I basically had to clean the room and change the sheets myself which was outrageous and I did request a cleaning of the room and no one showed I ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels I had to dispose of the trash it was a very disappointing stay for me

Stay far away from this place
I choose this hotel this trip and I must say, I am highly disappointed. 1st they put us in one room and when I got to the room the cleaning lady was on the bed eating “taking a break she said”. 2nd they put me in the wrong room then the one I booked so I had to get the fixed. 3rd they also gave someone else the same room and this person almost walked in on us (come to find out it was the second room they gave this poor guy that he had walked in on a couple in another room). 4th the hotel is trashy and has gone way down hill. It is a very drug infested hotel. Had I of talked to my cop friend before booking, I would have never stayed there. Oh, when I checked out and asked to talk to a manager I was told there wasn’t one. I then asked for number to call and was told I could have the front desk number (as I’m at the front desk 🙄). Then I said I wanted corporates number And was told they didn’t know it. I knew I should have went with Our first hotel choice but I liked the idea of the indoor pool, which we never used anyways.
