لم استطع تنفيذ الحجز المسبق عن طريق موقعكم بسبب امتناع ادارة الفندق من تسليمي الغرف بحجة ان الاسعار غير منطقية ولا تناسب مستوى الفندق ، ثم امتنعت عن اعطائي رسالة الغاء حجز او اعادة مبلغ الحجز. لا يحق لكم عدم اظهار تعليقاتي او فرض حضر عليها وهذة هي المرة الثانية الي اعلق على الموضوع.
