We stay here every time we visit Milan. It’s very convenient and the staff are amazing.
Reception and staff were very kind and helpful. Just an improvement to consider: Replace some the current power plugs with those that have power and USB (that will be good as most pople have too many USB devices to charge)
The hotel is situated in an easy to find location, from the central train station (I took the bus which was 13 euros for a return), whilst walking with sat nav. Very pleasant staff, lovely room with no issues at all. Strong wireless speed. The hotel is a short walk away from some of the main attractions but a short walk, for me, might not be what you want. You cannot go wrong with this hotel and I'd stay again.
Excellent staff from front desk to food staff! The two gentlemen at reception were so amazing!!! Our first day we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism! I will always stay at this location because of them. Thank you!!
our stay was great .the service from Anthony in the reception was wonderfull and the breakfast too
St. George is our favorite hotel in Milano. Close to trains, shopping and Duomo. We stay there a couple weeks a year.
Wasn’t a great area, hotel was sterile, no guests in bar and a little basic.
Room was nice and clean, service was good, location is great but king bed given to us was sagged at night and my wife couldn't get a good night sleep. We let front desk stuff know in the morning and they apologized and thanked us for letting them know about the problem.
An overnight in Milan was made a great pleasure by the friendly, personable and excellent service of the staff who took the time to make you feel special. The room was very neat, clean and comfortable. Located just a little ways from stores and restaurants the staff made sure you could find whatever you needed or wanted in town. Definitely will book again if or when I revisit Milan.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast and the Wi-Fi was fine. The room let it down slightly. Was disappointed to find on arrival that there were only two hangers in the wardrobe (there were two of us for a three-night stay) and one of the bedside lamps needed a bulb change. The main problem was that the tea and coffee making facilities in the room only included plastic (polystyrene) cups. I expect better than this for a Best Western Hotel. I find these types of cup unpleasant to drink from and bad for the environment.
