Very helpful staff
I had a lovely stay at the Savoy, when i got my 1st room, i walked in and it had a terrible smell so i went down to complain and the lady was so helpful and within minutes i had a new room with a free drink voucher and when i walked into my other room the receptionist called to check the room was okay.

very modern and cool. breakfast was a bit expensive, would recommend getting food elsewhere, but otherwise was convenient to have good coffee in the room and a 24 hour self serve counter downstairs. Room was very comfortable and clean and new.

Very welcoming and helpful staff speaking excellent English. Knowledgeable about the transport system and places to eat and drink. Excellent location near to station for trains, bus metro and trams. Spacious comfortable bedroom, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast above average in quality and choice. Very pleased to have found this hotel.

Not worth a 4 star
Within 5 minutes of arrival the bathroom door almost fell on my head and smashed my hands. We couldn’t get the phone working in the room so I had to walk all the way down to the front desk to ask to fix the problem. Afterwards they did move us to a new room But in the new room there was no mattresses on the beds, just a thick kind of blanket you sleep on. It kept slipping off and was not comfortable at all. I fell off the bed more than once and I’m used to sleeping on twin beds!

Self check-in is somehow doesn’t fit such hotels especially staff are just standing next to you 1 meter far away. Don’t forget check in and out are only touching point to your guests. Cleanliness and style are very good. Breakfast is too weak compared to other hotels which we stayed in Holland. Very close to center and nice style as appearance.
