The hotel is beautiful and brand new but the actual inperson service was not great, giving covid as the excuse. We requested extra towels and shampoo/amenities on day 2 but did not get them until we asked for a full service the following day. Upon arrival, there was no valet in sight. Checkout was better though. Location was walkable to mall and wharf, so really nice.
Excellent
Overall was a great stay for the price and location. I wish they would have cleaned the windows considering we paid for a view of the Washington Monument. Windows were very dirty. Wish front desk would have let us know about mall below the hotel.
Nice hotel! Good location for walking. Not many food options. Not affordable parking options as well. We had problems getting the room to stay warm without re-adjusting the thermostat. Lastly, the location is close to a highway which can can noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper.
Disappointed that there were no onsite accommodations for my 2019 GMC Denali truck. Shuttle should be available for offsite parking needs.
Great hotel. Very modern. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Parking expensive, everything else fine
The ambiance was great. The stay was exactly what was needed for a couple's stay-cation. It was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from all of the attractions we had planned to visit. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Due to COVID-19, we did not utilize any of the amenities of the hotel but overall had an amazing experience.
Very clean staff was so friendly loved my stay would visit again
I checked into the 14th floor, rm 112. The bathroom sink was clogged. I asked an agent to send someone up and it was done pretty quickly. The room was not sanitary. The floor had not been cleaned and there was an eyelash on the floor next to my bed, along with crumbs. The walls were streaked with a sticky substance. They don’t have room service/ paid breakfast as advertised on the Expedia’s website. They stated that 3rd party agencies usually lie/ neglect to update about amenities and a shared microwave in the lobby( no microwave in your room). The outside of the elevator and buttons had been streaked with a white substance. This was not worth 156.00 at all. Truly disappointed.
