We had the pleasure of staying at Hiyori Hotel for a few days and are pleasantly surprised by its service. The room was very clean, amenities provided were very useful and being eco friendly we opted for a 3 days housekeeping service instead of daily. Location is great , directly opposite Osaka Namba Station . 2 minutes walk . Breakfast was a good spread of local and international. We also utilized the hotel’s concierge to help ship our bags to Kyoto and Nagoya . The cost of shipping was reasonable [ about JPY2000 per medium size bag ( 24” with 25kgs ) and rakes 1-2 days ] . Concierge settled this very rapidly within a few mins with hassle . We do highly recommend this service for visitors going multi cities. Thank you Hiyori 🙏

Convenient location from airport express station
The location is really convenient from the airport express train station. Pillows were really too soft, otherwise everything else was great in the room. The room is big enough to put two pieces of large luggage. The amenities provided were really extensive too.
