Good Hotel
Really enjoyed staying at Junior Suite , much bigger room for your comfort, especially with the family. Having the reception at 3rd floor, a little bit odd, but with friendly and helpful staff is a not a big problem. Decent options for a breakfast, with gluten free rolls as well, smoked salmon and pickled hearing. Nice view on the city from the 10th floor.

Hotel dated, room very dusty, carpet could do with a good clean and hoover very dusty and sticky. There is no air con in this hotel, only find out when contact reception to report air con not working, the manager came and brought a fan and mentioned it’s not air con in the rooms, it’s a cool air system that doesn’t work. It’s a shame the standard of Hilton has gone down hill .

I booked this trip to enjoy the pool and spa, unfortunately these facilities had been closed two months prior to our stay. We were all very disappointed as this was the sole purpose of our stay. Also we was given the wrong room, not enough beds. The lady on reception was more than helpful she upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary drinks voucher, she was wonderful overall,fantastic customer service.

Enjoyable stay but a tired look
Well positioned hotel for shopping and centre. For the price I expected a better standard of furnishings and design of room. Clean, friendly staff but the hotel is very tired in places and needs investment to reflect the Hilton brand.
