This place has a nice pool....
Don't stay here!!! Caught Scabies!!!!
This place is awful. Run down, dated, and freezing. We were notified at check in that they were having troubles with the heat and the hot water. The room smelled musty and the mattress was hard and lumpy. Realizing it was an old hotel when making the reservation I was hopeful but HARD PASS on this property.
This trip was ordered by my son using my debit card behind my back with his friends. Each time I contacted your support team, they said they would contact the company and request a waiver. Before the transaction went through they said their servers are down so they’d have to be contacted at a later date. Ever since then each time I’d contact your support to get an update, I was met to no answers, talking to multiple assistance members. I bet by now the room is beyond able to refund, but I’m terribly disappointed in the services not only shared by the hotel scheduled, but as well as your unreliable help team. Hopefully this can all be resolved still. Thanks for your time.
Clocks, microwaves, coffee pot, hot tub, comfy beds or comfy pillows. When you first arrive the entry is nice, even though undergoing construction. I had made this reservation for my husband, but he wanted to use his credit card to pay. They would not let me, and I couldn't just change the name of the reservation. So be aware when making the reservation, should you choose to stay here. We were on the 2nd floor - and lets say, enter that elevator at your own risk, we decided to carry our stuff upstairs. Wow, it started as such a romantic trip, sounds like it huh.. Well, the room was clean and affordable, which ultimately made it why I choose to stay there. The pictures however, do make this place look better than it is. Also, there is no food service at all, no coffee, no bar/restaraunt due to covid. We did get the balcony with the King Garden View.. Um, garden? where? Also, the balcony was only about 2 feet wide, maybe. So don't do like me and expect chairs so we could sit outside together. Needless to say, we made the best of it and if you are just looking for something quick and clean this will work. But don't think of any kind of quality, and definitely not romance.
Everything was good never stayed there before so it was nice. Sucks that covid 19 happen so things are closed. And for that there was no refound. Beside a hole in the wall. It was beautiful place. Staff was very nice
Hotel is great location in Boulder. Very reasonably priced. Room was nice, linens were nice, beds were comfortable. Hotel definitely needs some upgrading. We were on the 5th floor. 1 elevator worked going up, but no elevator was working when we were checking out. They did say they were upgrading the elevators.
I got what I paid for with this stay, however maybe paid a little more than what would be fair. The lobby, restaurant (which is closed right now), outside, and pool are all great amenities. The location is nice as it's right by a trail that you can take into the ped mall. They're remodeling and only one elevator works, and it's shaky. You can tell it's an old hotel. However, the room and noise levels were not that great. Someone randomly knocked on my door at 3am and left (maybe kids, who knows?), at 6am I kept hearing what sounded like windows slamming coming from below me, and then since I was right by the housekeeping area I spent a good part of each morning listening to conversations right outside my door. Lastly, I asked for a microwave and they said they had none left and I'd be put on a wait-list, but I never received a microwave.
Yucky
The condition of the hotel was worn out: there was only one working elevator, the halls were dingy, and the linens, while clean, were not pleasant to use. The walls were incredibly thin so as to hear everything going on around me. The windows rattled throughout the night even though the winds weren’t that bad. The bed was way too hard. And to top it off, I requested a 6 am wake up call that never arrived. Thankfully I set a backup alarm since I was traveling for a job interview. The location is excellent and it has a wonderful view of the mountains. Otherwise, not much good to say unfortunately.
