This hotel was great, stayed here for 2 nights with my sister, niece and daughter as my daughter had a cheer leading comp at the NEC. The pool was an added bonus as it gave us something to do at night. The food menu was pretty limited, we didnt eat here as we didnt like anything that was on the menu. The staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

Amazing stay
First time we have stayed at this hotel and it wont be the last. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious, the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly, polite and can't do enough for their customers. I had booked a double room but we were allocated a twin one on check-in, however it didn't spoil our stay. Thank you for a pleasurable stay

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was straight forward and facilities that we used were ample. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel, plenty of choice and no waiting around for things to be replenished. Didn’t use leisure facilities but bar area was pleasant.
