Quiet hotel in Geneva
The hotel was clean & quiet, the AC worked well, and close to public transportation and restaurants. The deep tub was especially welcoming after a long day. Although it's in the city, the window faces a small courtyard so you're not looking into someone else's apartment or facing the street. The staff was nice, a special mention to Rui who saved us a ton of time Monday morning by recommending taking the train to the airport rather than taxi or bus (which get caught in traffic). Highly recommend!

Good location and accommodations
I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The location is great - away from Old Town but still accessible to it. Easy walk or transit from main train station and lots of good eats in the area. Room was very nice and breakfast included. Everyone there is very nice.

Good for what it was. Staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple. Some eggs, cold cuts, cheese and bread. Definitely worth getting as food (and everything) is expensive in Geneva. Train station is a 10 minute walk so good for the airport and day trips. Just an okay part of town. The better area (I am sure more expensive) is the old town area. There are a few easy restaurants and groceries nearby. Something that seems popular is the use of clouded glass doors for the bathroom instead of a solid door. When using the bathroom at night it lights up the whole room.

This is an OK hotel. It is in a good working order, within a walking distance from the Geneva train station, with lots of dining options and grocery stores such as Lidl close-by. Also the stunning Lac Leman is within a walking distance - that's great. The bed is great - I slept well, though you can hear muffled noise from rooms adjacent to yours. There were a couple of things I found disappointing. For the price I paid (£420), this was a very basic offering. I bought the option without breakfast and arrived prepared for it. I learned from the reception lady that I had breakfast included in the stay. That was fantastic, but I would have appreciated some note before arrival about it - otherwise I wouldn't have brought my breakfasts with me. The hotel is in need of minor repairs and is all in all quite dated. There is no information in the room about check in/check out times, towels replacement (how to avoid the unnecessary change for the sake of planet), nor cleaning. There is a sign to put on the door that says "Please Don't / Please Do" - but it doesn't say what it applies to. Don't disturb? Don't clean? Don't...? Lastly, the hotel has an open internet - and in the times of hackers going wild I see this as a major disappointment and oversight on the security of guests. All in all, this is an ok hotel suitable for a couple of nights when you're in Geneva for leisure. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If you don't need much from your stay, this is a good place to stay.
