Booked this site for a quick overnight business trip. I don’t typically stay here when i’m in the area because there are so many other choices but there was a great price for the night. Check in was fine, the room-considering that standards should be higher due to the pandemic was not up to par. The light switch in the bathroom had dirty finger prints on it, the floor had quite a bit of hair on it, and the floor in the living area also was not vacuumed thoroughly. The TV was also malfunctioning and the front desk promptly took care of it. Overall ok for less than 12 hour stay. I’d probably stay elsewhere in the future.

I’m short 5.2” and the bed is high up to get into... nice clear tv but remote not connect well at all .. even after getting replacement.. very nice front staff.. coffee in lobby very good.. grab and go breakfast consist of water. Snack bar apple and Cinnabon Walmart items

Not handicap friendly
I booked a king bed, handicap accessible room, with a roll in shower. Noted that i needed the roll in shower, with a bench. At check in i asked if i got the right room, she checked and it was a tub, with no bench. She checked several rooms and told me they do not have roll in showers. With my disability, i cannot step into a tub, nor can i stand long enough to shower. I finally decided to take the king, handicap accessible room and just not shower. It was not a king bed, and it was not handicap friendly. If i was having to use my wheelchair for a flare up of my condition, i could not reach the window to shut the curtain, or the thermostat. The bed is too high to transfer from my chair, or even just to sit on by backing up. The entrance way is not wheelchair friendly, nor is the way the bathroom door opens. I've stayed in other Comfort Inns, which is why i chose this hotel over others in the area. I was highly disappointed and will not return there.

Very nice hotel, pristine entry way and lobby, very personable check in with Jakob. Room was lovely, clean, bed was super comfortable and I slept super well. My only complaint is that the beds were freakishly high. I'm 5'3" and, when I was standing next to the bed, the top of the mattress came up to my waist. Not exaggerating. Getting on and off the bed was an awkward and acrobatic feat. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone w mobility issues, or, literally, anyone under 5'10", simply because the beds are just unnecessarily tall. (p.s. This could be remedied somewhat with a lower base. The bed base was about 6" tall, adding to the already oversized box spring and mattress.)
