    Quick and Pleasant Layover
    Pleasant one night layover. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Room was ok, clean and fairly comfortable but a little worn and old. There were renovation notices so perhaps in the near future everything would be spiffed up and much nicer. Location is good with the airport nearby and also Changi Village hawker center a stone’s throw away so plenty of food choices available. Free shuttle was useful and one of the main reasons we chose to stay here.

    We were unable to travel and use this booking due to covid but only got offered a 3 month credit which was useless as still will not be able to travel Extremely disappointed

    Hotel is housing the malaysian workers whk are affected due to corvid-19. Corridors are dirty and smelly. Some of the malaysians are smoking in their rooms too on non-smoking floor. Cleanliness is affected.

    Took 1hr 30 min to get my room. Level 8 swimming pool is small and our room is full of red ants crawling on the table, floor and the room is quite old and air conditioning need to do services quite noisy at night.
