Overnight stay
One night stay November 2019. Very nice, good standard hotel. Good location and relatively reasonably priced compared to other similar hotels in the area. Parking on site is charged at €12.00 per day which is not unreasonable in this part of the city but which is an additional cost that was not immediately obvious when booking. The only issue I would highlight for this stay was the lack of a safe in the room which, from experience, I would now expect as standard, especially for a 4* hotel. Overall however, good service and comfortable stay and I would book again in the future.

Great Stay
Stayed in hotel with family . Had a lovely time there . Room very clean but as weather very cold it could have been warmer . Breakfast was excellent and staff are very helpful. Great location and always come back here . Highly recommend.

Awesome 👏 Hotel
We were checked in by Saoirse who was very happy to assist us with any enquires we had. Super efficient, friendly and definitely in my opinion a real asset to your front of house team. Our room was absolutely fabulous in every respect. Will definitely be back Noelle

Extremely busy hotel with hectic concourse
A less than welcoming arrival and a huge queue in the lobby. No order in the queue and 2 were served ahead of me because the staff did not bother to prioritise the "next" in line. Departure was just as lukewarm and no eagerness to discover how my stay was. Reception were not aware that a late check out was part of my deal...a manager was called to verify it. I DID hear one receptionists exchange with her clients and it was it should be...SHE was welcoming and informative. I feel the standard has dropped over the years and the place could do with a refurb. My overall impression was disappointing after many years of coming here especially when visiting Dublin.
