Excellent choice
This was one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The accommodations were excellent, every staff member welcoming, location perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. My only qualm is that the restaurant prices were higher than I would’ve liked.

Wonderful hotel, excellent hospitality
Tokyo was very busy at the time of my stay so I ended up here more based on availability and general location. However, I am so glad I did! The location was great and convenient to transit and the hotel was phenomenal. Service was outstanding. The restaurant was delicious too and also seems to be a spot for locals. I would definitely stay here again- room and amenities were wonderful too.

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon
We had an excellent experience here for honeymoon. The concierge staff was incredible. They helped up book our dinner reservations prior to us arriving which helped us get lunches and dinner at some difficult to reserve restaurants. They also helped us figure out the best way to get our bullet train tickets as we had to leave early due to typhoon Hagibis. We were extremely disappointed we had to leave a night early as we were enjoying our stay so much. We very much hope to stay again soon but the price is a little high for us for our regular vacations. I think if we time it right they sometimes have discounts on this website.

One of my favourites in Tokyo
I love this hotel in terms of design, cleanliness, service and location! It’s central Tokyo so going to all the main districts is extremely easy. The rooms are spacious (a lot of Tokyo hotels are tiny) and price still reasonable.

A honeymoon to remember
What a fantastic hotel! We stayed at the hotel as it was our on the last night of our honeymoon. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, whilst the rooms and views from the rooms are absolutely stunning. We mentioned to the staff that we were using the hotel as part of our honeymoon. The staff signed a card and left a gift in our room. It was an extremely kind gesture which illustrates the levels of service provided by the hotel. The hotel is located above the metro, making it convenient for guests to travel to and from. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel is centrally located in Tokyo which is convenient for getting around the city. We used one of the hotels restaurants and although expensive, was totally worth it as it was the best meal we had during our stay in Japan. The food was top quality and the service was once again excellent. All in all, the hotel is beautifully luxurious and the staff provide a phenomenal service.

Amazing 5 stars hotel great bed & great bedroom
The Capitol Hotel Tokyo is definitely a 5 stars category! I loved everything detail about this hotel. Great hotel! The bed & bedroom size were phenomenal. The amenities kit was excellent and beyond my expectations. The staff was the best ever! They’re prepare to receive you and make you feel like a queen! The restaurant was really nice and great menu/service quality. The breakfast was wow!!! Everything you can imagine for a breakfast. The only downside are the pool service. Ithey don’t allow kids. You must be over 18. So it was bittersweet taste for my nephew. Therefore we couldn’t used the pool. The other downside is the blow dryer it’s really a joke for a 5 starts hotel category. It’s only for little kids to use it. Other than those 2 downside; everything was amazing!!
