Disappointed stay
Booked the hotel based on the fact that it had a pool/hot tub/sauna which we would use after a long busy day. Was not told by front desk staff upon check in that the pool area was closed for a private event from noon till 11pm but found out for ourselves when we went to use it. Was very disappointing as we would have booked elsewhere had we known☹️

I have stayed at this hotel e weeks in the last 5. The other stays were good, this ine was not. There was no dresser in the room, no comforter on the bed, the fridge was in the middle of the room next to the bed as an end table, it had a lamp in it but if you turned the lamp on the fridge went out. The desk was so close to the end of the bed you could not even pull the chair out. Bathtub was gross durty stained and pealing. Asked for a different room with a dresser and was told it would be an additional $40 per night ( I was there fir a full wrek) so much for VIP and free upgrade. Already canceled my reservation for next week and will gind another hotel

September 11th to September 15 2023
This is the 3rd week i have stayed at this hotel in the last 5 weeks other times were great this time was terrible. Room was dirty tub is gross, there was no comforter on the bed, no dresser, the fridge is in the middle of the room and no lights in the room. There are two lamps but the lamp on top of the fridge was unplugged because it makes the fridge it is on top of go out. Asked for a different room and was told I would have to pay an extra $40 per night to upgrade. Thos booking was already the most expensive out of the last 3 and you want to charge me an extra charge for a room with a dresser and that is clean? After i complained again they said they would only charge me $20 per night. So much for free upgrade. I am back in Edmonton next week and will be looking for a different hotel

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Room was in great condition. Cleanliness could use a little work- lots of long hairs in the drawers and spills on the kitchen area cupboards, table was sticky. The bed however was clean and comfortable which is always a concern- just not here!!!
