This is not by any means a "resort" if you are used to all-inclusive and the like. I will not be staying here again for several reasons: 1) Room: I paid for an ocean view. You would think for the price, the rooms would be spacious or at least a little bit bigger. The room was as small as a basic room. But since we only used it to sleep, the size of the room was not the biggest issue. Now the bathroom was less than desirable. The door does not fully open because the layout is so off. You have to go in, close the door while standing up for any privacy. Your legs touch the door (if not closed) when sitting in the toilet and to reach the paper, your arm has to twist back. To get out the shower, a whole other issue. After day 2 of doing this, I decided this was going to be my biggest complaint. But nooooooo. Let's move on to the Casino where people staying at that hotel or not come to play. But there was this one dealer who was so very disrespectful to the patrons spending their money that all 6 people decided to file a complaint. The dealer was talking crap under her mask and even insulting guests (including my husband). When I found out, I went to look for her (the New Yorker in me) but she was no where to be found. I was left to voice my concern with the casino manager. Bottom line, if your staff is miserable dealing with people FIRE THEM! It was our understanding that this dealer at the Roulette table is always nasty. Well Marriott, do something about it.
