Everything was good. Front desk people very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the happy hour staff we all doing a good job. There were a lot of guests that weekend but the staff handled everything well.

Never stay there again
Where should I start. Check in staff , they fail to tell guest that the pool was close. You had to walk to the pool area to see for yourself. That was an inconvenience, due to this being an family trip. The rooms were hot as hell and the check in crew ( a dark hair almost shoulder length gentleman) told us there nothing they can do about that. I'm sure they are aware they need to work on the AC. I was ask did I want housekeeping while I stayed. I did, they failed to do that. It was impossible to get towels. It was an unusual smell there that actually made me feel sick to the stomach. THE BARTENDER WAS GREAT. The breakfast was good a well. They definitely need to communicate better with the guest. It seem like they were just trying to collect your money.
