The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful at check in. The hotel was closing for a year on our check out date but this did not impact our stay at all. The hotel was busy, the staff was attentive and dinner at the restaurant was very good!

Not overly impressed by this Hilton Hotel.
Unfortunately a lot of mishaps happened during our stay. Valet lost our keys for awhile, which felt unsettling. Our first room they placed us in the air did not work. We requested a change of rooms in which they said they were 100% full. Once the maintenance came and saw that it was indeed broken they offered a “fan” as a solution. We asked again for another room, which they finally gave us. Confusing since before they stated they were full. In our new room the pipe under the sink had a huge leak in it. At this point we place a towel underneath it and called it a day. Overall the hotel was in rough condition. Not overly impressed for a Hilton.

Only real drag was I booked a room on the Old Town side of the hotel. They didn’t have one so threw in breakfast to compensate for price difference. I don’t think it was a good exchange. Other than that, no complaints.

Great views on the Executive Level floor, great buffet breakfast, fantastic staff. The hotel will be closed for a year in 2020 due to renovation, hopefully they open up ever better. The game room was fun, maybe can add more stuff so that more people can participate. We loved our stay!
