Horrible Hot Stay!!!
The rooms were extremely hot, we were there 7 days and the HVAC did not work the entire time we were there, multiple people were complaining, people had their doors open to help with the cross ventilation so the wind could go through the windows in the front door, they said the do not turn on the HVAC during winter, yet the hallways were cool, management want helpful at all even though we call them daily to request assistance with the H-A-C. We requested a fan be brought up to our room and they said they only had 30 fans for the entire hotel complex 500–1000 rooms. We will never stay there again. It was a horrible experience and do not recommend this hotel for anyone. We have stayed there in the past and have had a seat every time we’ve gone this year we were there seven days and not one day where we comfortable being the rooms were extremely hot. If you were a person who likes to sleep with the AC on, I suggest you please call the hotel first prior to making the booking because she will be there. Very disappointed. Once you are there. In addition, we booked at two bedroom and they gave us a one bedroom which we paid more for it and they did not refund is the difference of the state for the seven days. And I would do my research before staying there just to make sure that you get what you want. We played close to $600 a night for seven days and we’re very disappointed.

Location is good, coffee should be in room
The best thing about this hotel is its location. That is what you're paying for. Otherwise, it's just a normal hotel--nothing fancy, nothing too bad. The biggest disappointment was that there is no coffee maker in the room. I checked and this was not an oversight for my room only--it's by design. You can purchase coffee for about $5/cup at the cafe downstairs but this has several drawbacks. First, the cafe opens at 6:30am so you cannot buy coffee earlier than that. Second, you either have to make yourself presentable or decide that you do not care about being presentable in order to venture to the lobby to buy coffee. Third, and finally, the hotel is expensive enough as is, one should not have to factor in an additional $5/day for something that most hotels in the US provide at no additional charge.
