Good
Overall very good and clean. Was there with my 2 kids and the suite with the sofabed was great. Only complaint would be the shower pressure was very low. Other than that a nice stay. Breakfast was good for covid conditions and workers were nice.

Great Bang for the Buck
Positive experience include amenities such as in-room coffee maker, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, iron/board, quality toiletries. Roomy closets with extra linens and comforter. Couch pulls out to make trundle bed if needed. Desk partitioned off from sleeping area. King size mattress & linens feel super plush with overhead reading lamps on both sides. I was able to easily access my Netflix account on the super large flat screen television. Negatives have already been posted and it is apparent those all may depend on where your room is located. Even through the covid pandemic, every effort is made to ensure hot breakfast of waffles, oatmeal and microwavable breakfast burritos are available to customers until 930am. Individual cartons of milk, yogurt, cereal, bananas and apples as well as hot cocoa, fresh coffee, etc. are also available during that time. I found the most important feature to be how this particular hotel is proactive during the pandemic versus the lackadaisical attitudes of hotels attached to gambling venues. Staff from front desk to housekeeping was cheerful and efficient. I give high marks to sanitizing protocol & personal security. I never once felt unsafe in any manner.

Upon our arrival, we were told our reservation is cancelled by Expedia. I had to get a hold of Expedia standing at the front desk with my baby sleeping in the car. Expedia verified on loud speaker that nothing has been cancelled on their side, Hotel staff said there was nothing he could do, because it was showing cancelled in his system. I had to raise hell to get him to give us keys to our room that we paid for for 2 nights. The next day upon our return to the room we found that they deactivated our keys. I had to go back to the front desk and do more arguing with the staff member while my husband was holding a our baby who was running fever at that point. Complete circus. No one ever owned up to their error and the hotel staff was raising his voice at me. Extremely disappointed.

Great spot
The room was larger than usual hotel rooms - beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was as much as they could do with Covid - much better than the last place we stayed. Right by the freeway so easy access.
