An ok stay
My stay could have been a 10 if it wasn’t for a few issues. I was disappointed that I did not get all the channels on the TV and the bathroom sink was stopped up. There was also some sticky pink stuff in the sink. Otherwise it was fairly clean the beds were comfortable and I like that it’s like a little apartment. Parking was great. I would stay again however I will be reviewing the room first and discussing any issues with the reception if needed.

Our weekend stay was amazing we did a Birthday dinner for one of our brother. A small gathering with our family. We experience a little hiccup but nothing we couldn't handle or a inconvenience to us.

We travel often for work and spend a lot of time in hotels. This place is a dump. After my experience at this location, I will never stay at a Sonesta property ever again. When we pulled up to the main office, security was attempting to break up a party next door. It was obvious the lone female security guard was overwhelmed with the crowd outside, because as we pulled away to head to our room two police cruisers rolled up. The parking lot was packed and it was difficult to find a spot to park. Trash littered the lots and sidewalks- including used masks. Fairly disgusting and unsanitary considering Covid-19. Once we got to our room I observed a hole punched in the closet, dirty carpets, residue on some of the counters, and worst of all- stains on the bedding. Frankly, it freaked me out and made it difficult to get to sleep (even after removing the offending comforter). The blanket that was provided for the pull out couch was threadbare. Had we not arrived so late and been so exhausted, we would have turned around and left. Our room looked nothing like the company’s advertisement photos. It was old and dingy with plastic couch and chair cushions. It was obvious that this property is in desperate need of an update to its interiors. Best of all, they charged us twice! The second time at a significantly higher rate! They say the assistant manager will reverse the charges- but he wasn’t actually there for us to speak to him directly. If you are contemplating staying here, don’t!
