I booked this room simply because the free hotel shuttle. Little did I know the shuttle service did not start until 7am. Having to leave for the airport at 5am, I had to cash out for an Uber. Breakfast was not ready nor was the coffee at this time. When I asked the front desk just said no. Would have been appreciated if this was mentioned on the website. I would not have chosen to stay here. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling and someone else’s black mascara on the pillow was just gross. Did not sleep well. Other than that the place was meh. Won’t be staying again Nor considering The best western again that’s for sure.

This hotel was amazing. Personnel and service was unbelievable. Best for the price. Totally recommended it. Even in covid situation, they gave the best breakfast and service and didn't take advantage like other more expensive hotels we went on our road trip!
