Very Good 8.0
Nice big room, NO fridge/mini bar
Whether was nice. The room was large and the bed was really big and comfortable. We had no fridge in our room. The Tv was on the wall to the side too hard to see from the bed and there was only one, one seater lounge in the room. We weren't told that we could get room service. We had to call down to the front desk after the cleaners had been in to ask for towels. They didn't put any back in when they cleaned the room. Bath products were nice. Front desk staff were nice. Still wondering where the mini bar/fridge was, the hotel really should have that in the rooms especially for the price. I would stay somewhere else next time to have a fridge in the room... The didn't have sports channel in rooms.

Poor 2.0
Belongings are not safe, not good enough.
I mistakenly left behind a book in my room. I rang later to flag it with hotel staff. The lost and found guy was very professional but could not retrieve it for me. I think it a pretty basic level of service that your belongings are safe in a hotel. I have stayed here twice and it is a nice hotel but I cannot return there again due to this lack of security.

Exceptional 10.0
Modern & comfortable hotel in the heart of Dublin
This is a beautiful hotel, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I was initially concerned about the street noise (the hotel is in a busy part of town with lots of bars around and the hotel bar has live music every night), but they moved me to a room in the back of the hotel and on an upper floor where it was totally quiet. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, I loved the large bathtub. Great breakfast buffet.
