It was a very dirty place for the amount of money I had to pay. Called for help with large suitcase and they never came to help. Flood in Lobby the next morning. Offered toast and waffles for breakfast that’s it. I was ver disappointed. I left feeling I would like my money back.

The bathroom tub needed to be recaulked and the air filter in the bathroom needed to be replaced it also didn't work. The shower needed a liner Bed and everything else was good

Pictures on hotels.com were deceiving
Older hotel with no elevator. Rooms have been updated and beds are comfortable. Desk clerk didn't bother to get off phone when checking in. Ice machine was filthy and smelled. Bathroom needed better cleaning but beds were comfortable. Jimmy johns, local restaurant and wafflehouse are the only places to eat nearby. Wanted to checkout but the manager was going to charge me for 2 nights despite it being around 11 o'clock in the afternoon after staying the 1st night(booked 4). Seeing check in time isn't until 3pm i should have been able to cancel the other 3 nights. Nevertheless i stayed the other 3 nights but i wouldn't stay there again unless there wasn't another hotel available. Not the worse hotel but definitely not the best.

We didn’t die, but won’t go back
Hotel is run down, not in a great area, trash around the building and parking lot. Hotel is in need of repair. Room was fairly clean but paint was chipped everywhere and the bathroom had patches painted over and the tub was grimy. Cleaning staff didn’t replace towels/wash clothes when they took the used ones. Had to ask for more but didn’t get enough for the family. Didn’t get breakfast on the last day, they said the breakfast area flooded. Won’t stay here again.

Hotel could be a lot better if managed properly. Could not get extra blankets, just was not possible for some reason. Fridge didn’t work, no crib to offer for our baby, spider on our bed, sheets had multiple stains, carpets were dirty. But it was updated enough to be a decent hotel if the basics of management were there.
