The room smelled I don’t know if there was water on the carpet. Also the carpet I think is very old or soiled it needs to be replaced. I was only there for one night but would not sleep there again because of that. Other than that everything else was fine

Okay this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!! Absolutely disgusting the room had roaches I had my child who fell asleep as I turned off the lites and ate my food bugs from under the table appeared gross!!!! And also in the bathroom they were huge shut this place down I want a refund!!

Check in was fine. Was given room key for room 223. Unlock the door only to find out someone was already in the room. So i had to go back down and get checked into a different room. Filter was so dirty snd clogged the a/c wasnt really working. So i cleaned that for them. I stay at a lot of hotels never once been checked into an occupied room.

I booked and paid for my room with Hotels.com and then the Hotel charged me for my stay as well! I have called the hotel 3 times and each time I was told someone will call me back and they never have! Definitely will not stay here again!
