This hotel appears to have been remodeled in the recent past, and was done very cheaply. The rooms are small and have minimal furnishings - no fridge or microwave, a pull-down window blind rather than proper curtains, no pictures on the wall, and lights placed in oddball locations which made it difficult to read in bed. Air conditioning was noisy and the vent is placed in such a way that it blew cold air directly across the top of the bed when active. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is reasonably quiet, but I didn't feel the room was worth $150 a night. The hotel lobby is spartan in the extreme, you'd never recognize the front desk if someone was not standing behind it. Staff were pleasant.
