The glass shower doors are cool. But the pillows are tearable to soft could not get comfortable. Bed was to hard. But the place is clean and staff was very friendly. Pool not cleaned though.

None of the staff practiced COVID requirements. They did not wear masks or have plexi at front desk. Makes you wonder if they sanitize anything.

It was not welcoming the customer service representative named Pamela was rude and very unprofessional. Due to the mishandling on their job I asked for the manager 5 times and she did not provide the manager nor the number to the manager or corporate. I felt unsatisfied, disrespected, and very profiled. I was almost without a place to stay after driving 2 1/2; if it wasn’t for the well customer service across the street being able to let me stay my family/birthday trip would’ve been a disappointment.
