WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!
We checked in for a 2 night stay on 5/5/23. (Rm 204) We checkout of that disgusting, filthy motel (and I have the pictures to prove it and a signed list of disgusting issues of our room by the motel clerk) on 5/6/23. The manager on duty said she would authorize a refund and that we needed to complete it through hotels.com. Hotels.com said no, they motel needed to do the refund, which doing the research, hotels.com is corrects. Now guess what? We cannot get ahold of the owner. Imaging that.
1. Toilet would not flush very well at all.
2. The plugger was broken.
3. The television had about 1/4" of dust on it.
4. No remote control for the television.
5. We opened the refrigerator and it smelled like something died in it. (AWFUL!)
6. The deck door was cracked.
7. We think it was died dog poop (we hope that's all it was) on deck.
8. The two lamps had bent and cracked lamp shades.
9. The continental breakfast consisted of tiny dried up pastries.
10. No drinking glasses in the room.
11. No waste basket.
12. As bad as it was I was willing to forfeit the second night funds, but the motel manage lied and said we would get a refund, (which was listed when we make the reservation.)
13. Guess what? Trying get a refund is looking like an impossibility.
I made a similar list and the motel clerk at the desk initialed it and agreed that my list was accurate.
We will never go back to this place.
