Was disappointed after I contacted the hotel prior to arriving asking for early check in, was advised by a representative that I could arrive by 12 and it will be ready. I had a long overnight flight and was hoping the hotel would accommodate my request as other hotels have in the past. Upon arrival I found out that the room was not ready and was provided one after waiting for 3 hours. Hotel was clean and the room amenities were as described. I don’t think I will be coming back as their customer service was not helpful. I hope better communication is used next time to inform clients about their inquiries.

Nice staying here. Located by the maritime Museum, boat taxis, boat cruises, the pedestrian area and bars are super close. The metro is located directly I front of the hotel. Parking g are rage about a 10 minutes walk and the shopping area is in that area as well as the tourist information center. Breakfast was pretty decent. The service was great as well. Was able to get a day pass for the metro at the front desk. Would stay again.

Excellent room and breakfast. However, despite very pleasant staff at the front desk, the IT system could not cope with me paying for my room and my colleagues room all together on one bill. Mystifying.

Ideal location for Eurostar/trams and metro and positioned within the old dockyard , so a lovely location. Unfortunately on the second day after returning late we found the keys no longer worked and the room had not been cleaned or fresh towels. The colleague at the desk was very surprised and offered to have the room cleaned immediately and provide fresh towels. Breakfast was ok , strange to view a working breakfast colleague taking food and eating it when they thought no one was looking ! Desk colleagues excellent and swimming pool was very quiet , with excellent views. Nice to have a fridge , unable to adjust so setting was not cold enough.
