The location is great. We stayed 5 nights and they didn’t once come Clean our room. We kept having to go downstairs and reactive our keys daily because they kept deactivating and we even got stuck in the parking garage because you need your key to walk into the building. Also your key only takes you to your floor so if you forget your key there is no way to get back to your floor

We went down on a trip for basketball. The parents and kids loved it. I'm happy they close the pool at 10pm otherwise the kids would've been there forever. Also, many quick food options in walking distance.

Disney Trip
Overall stay was excellent. Had a 6 night stay and staff was really attentive and accomidating. Breakfast bar was great could be better if it opened earlier to get to the parks earlier. Our room was clean minus a few carpet stains. Oscar's customer service at the bar was excellent on Friday 6/2 from 8pm to 9pm. His partner not so much, didnt really get a name. She was really iritated and short with us. Pool area is awesome kids loved it. Hot tube and pool hours are great to recover from the long days at the parks. There was plenty of parking throughout our stay even after getting in late from the parks. Parking is expensive however the staff at check in was so accommodating they gave me a discount due to our long stay. Elevators require a room key to access your floor, which I guess minimize other guest from accessing your floor. Make sure you get plenty of keys and always have it with you.

Our stay was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for check in. The front desk attendant refused to call a supervisor. No manager on site. The manager NEVER called me when I requested that they do.
