Comfortable, spacious, clean room. Good COVID practices, that surprisingly, everybody's following. Good location for nearby restaurants, riverwalk, etc

Everything was very nice and as expected (I’ve stayed there prior), and the only knock was the elevators. 2 out of 6 were out of service on a very busy holiday weekend and they were very slow with very long lines pretty continuously throughout our stay.

I expected more from our stay no complimentary meal no hot tub our heater didn't work well our room was cold the whole time we were there other than that it wasn't to bad.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and ther family members and one room had a heavy smell of cigarettes and there was kids in 2 of the 3 rooms overall it was comfortable just have one thing i didnt like the rest was average

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was decent for the price we paid .I prefer it had an microwave, it was not an option. Customer Service was somewhat pleasing you have a person or two not so friendly. Overall very pleasant service.
