    Staff had an issue at booking, but hotel is immaculate and minutes from Capitol hill and Union station. Staff helpful suggesting the local walmart for children's needs. Pool on the roof is a real highlight. Not many restaurants in walking distance for us.

    $30 resort fee for one night stay in which I used none of their services. Beware this up charge here. I’m done with this hotel. I’ve previously stayed here 4 times.

    Not Impressed
    Was not impressed with the condition of the hotel or the location. The room smelled musty and the bed was hard. My safe was not working and we could not leave the room for an hour and a half after check-in while we waited for them to fix it. Not sure why they didn’t just give us a different room?? as charged the resort fee because of the pool area and WiFi but the pool wasn’t open due to the time of year. Don’t recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.

    Nothing Special.
    The room wasn’t anything special. The bathroom light didn’t work. There is no mini fridge or microwave. $50 TO PARK MY CAR AT THE HOTEL FOR 1 NIGHT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. Right next to a Fire Station that was sending out trucks all night. Roof top deck was closed for the season. Everything about that place to me was not worth the price.
