Moldy breakfast
The room was so dirty. Red/brown stains on the wall by the bed. The tub needs caulking looks like its never been redone in 50yrs. The toilet wouldnt go down same with the sink. Checked out yesterday and im sure my toothpaste water is still draining...husband took a shower tub barely drained if at all. Breakfast grab bag...both bags had moldy cinnamon roll with green fuzz on it so beware! Too tired to complain only there less the 20hrs. Also the fridge was so loud it would run and shut off all night. Located next to meijer and it snowed and they plowed the pkg all night right out our window. Beep beep beep all night from the plow trucks. I know thats not hotels fault but im so tired i need a few days at home just to catch up on my lack of sleep

We had a ceiling title in the bathroom that had a mildew stain on it that look discussing. Light bulb burn out. Shower pressure was weak. The pool and hot tub was nice. Very friendly staff. Beds were ok. I guess you get what you pay for.

The younger man at the front desk was awesome. The cleaness of the rooms were poor. Not so much the room itself but the bathroom. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. We use to love staying at thing hotel. If they could fix the cleaning issue and hot tub isssues it could be a great hotel

There was an ant infestation and the room next door was extremely loud from about 9pm to about 2am. Also, even though there were signs everywhere about masks being required in the public areas there were people talking at the front desk with whomever was on duty without a mask right next to where people had to stand to check in. If they were asymptomatic carriers of Covid-19, they'd easily infect anyone trying to conduct business at the front desk. :(

Not very up to date, not very clean- although the bedding was clean. Broken soap dish in shower, mold along the ceiling in one of the three rooms we had.

We loved the stay. The only thing for grab and go breakfast there wasn't anything my kids eat so that was a little disappointing. But otherwise great stay.

Heat was terrible. Room was approx 40 degrees when arrived. Took 10 hours to get to temp. Had thremo on 90 w high heat. Only warm air output. Power outlet had bad plug in 6. Had to use plug in bathroom for phone chargers. Lighting was very poor. 1 light in each room, light in restroom. Timed in setting room. Every 1/2 hr to reset light. Very frustrating. Overall, not bad. Would stay again, but pre check unit b4 giving ok. Nice prices, not sure on pool, never located in hotel.
