Near everything On the River Walk.
Things were strange due to Covid restrictions but they did a great job adjusting.

Wouldn’t stay at this location again
Room was nice very clean I wouldn’t stay there again just because one of the elevators were broken, there was no hotel guest parking so we had to pay $25 a night to park across the street & if you left & came back you had to repay. Also they initially MAKE you pay with a debit or credit card even though I intended pay with cash. When you check out is when they allow to pay with cash but of course it’s going to take 25 days (exaggerating) for it to clear in your account.

disappointing
Dated room. Torn bedding. Could not open fully the sofa bed against the king side bed. Had to ask for bedding for sofa bed.

Check in clerk,
We called ahead and asked what was the earliest we can check in and she said 3:00. We got there at 3:10 and was told we can not check in. We had to wait until 4:00 she did say she would let us know as soon as a room came available. But after 4:00 she was checking in people and one did not have a reservation. All this was before we got a room!!! The halllway on the 5th floor was crowded with dirty linens and trash . This was cleaned later but not a pleasant site or a great first impression. Also, other hotels bars were open and not sure why indigos were not!

Do Not Recommend
Overall I would not recommend this hotel. The location was amazing but the hotel itself was a total let down and nothing like the photos. Granted, I understand the hotel was probably short-staffed due to COVID, but for a holiday weekend, they were totally unprepared for guests. You can immediately tell the hotel is pet friendly because it reeks of pet odor/urine. The hallways are damp and musty, none of the ice makers worked, the valet parking was not in service, the hotel bar/restaurant was closed, the elevators did not come when called so we mostly took the stairs, and there was basically no staff in the entire hotel. We had no housekeeping during our three-night stay because the hotel was so understaffed. Anytime we needed anything like towels or extra toilet paper we had to call the front desk and come down and get it ourselves. Honestly, you'd probably be better off at the Quality Inn across the street.

It was an overall great stay. I guess I didn’t do my research and I didn’t realize there wasn’t a fridge but it was great other than that. The location was perfect. It was a little dodgy with parking since it was the off season and the garage wasn’t open. The owners of the garage did open it for guest at the hotel but there was no re-entry service so we decided to park in a nearby garage instead.

Tough conditions with limited services, but the room was not cleaned at all and was, in fact, beyond dirty. It was shocking because we stayed there before and it was pretty pleasant and a very good value for the price. We hope they get back on track as the location is very good.

With COVID19 going on no one comes and cleans the room, there was no breakfast and parking fees were $25-$29, i suggest the parking lot across the street. $25, but they prorated cost. Loved the Room we were up graded to a suite for free. Loved the hotel, high ceilings, beautiful, pet friendly.

Not worth the Price
Check in was a mess - staff seemed like they were totally over it. Warning if you are staying on first floor - lots of street noise Place needs some serious TLC - Peeling paint - filthy carpets Amenities were completely shut down due to Covid. If I had known I would not have spent the money to stay there. Only plus was location

Overwhelmingly Disappointed!!
First let me say that we were informed ahead of time about parking fees and parking garage issues, restaurant closing and no housekeeping in room during the stay. That being said, this hotel is FILTHY! I would not recommend. Pizza box left out on table by elevator for 3 days. Trash cans inside and out overflowing, outside seating covered with beer bottles, cigarette butts and food. Carpet throughout building full of filth. Elevators worked sometimes and you had to pick up towels from front desk. Sink countertop in room had drink rings from previous occupants and the front entry door was automatic open from inside but not outside so when entering the building the doors were hard to open and once you step inside it went into auto mode, often hitting you or someone else when opening. Street traffic is very loud throughout the night so if you're a light sleeper you're out of luck. Ac unit in room was either hot or cold, never had a comfortable room temperature. Stayed 4 nights and wanted to rebook somewhere else after first night. Unfortunately nothing was available unless you wanted to pay over $300 a night. I will say that staff was pleasant and courteous but that's the extent of customer service. Ive stayed at several Indigo hotels around the country and this one is not Indigo quality.
