    What a gem
For a rate what you would pay at a cheap motel, this was unexpectedly pleasant. I only stayed one night, the front desk was friendly and welcoming, after a long travel day, this was nice. Thanks <3 + free parking with enough spaces - there is not much around

    Hotel standards during COVID
No masks in staff at check in Sheets seemed clean but were stained and worn out Elevator was pretty dirty. Not a complaint Just some info you might want to address. The woman working late night my first night was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is very nice for the $75 rate

If the staff can't stand this place why should I?
Immediately on checking in we were "greeted" by the lady at the main desk. She was rude, abrupt and obviously wished she was somewhere else. Despite my thanks and wishes of a nice day to her she offered me and my family none of the same. These are basic gestures in any customer service environment. I have worked in retail and retail management for over 20 years and though always hesitant to bash fellow retail/customer service workers regardless of the level of service provided this experience was so bad that whoever is making the hiring decisions at this location desperately needs to be informed. The behavior was so bad however that, in my experience, it is highly unlikely that those managers making these hiring calls don't already know of the issue. This on top of the fact that the hotel offered next to zero available amenities. Most of these being closed and inauspiciously blamed upon the coronavirus outbreak. There was trash throughout the hotel and although the room we stayed in was mostly clean the "view" left a lot to be desired. I don't have a pic of it but similar pics can be found amongst those on the link that is found when googling the hotel. Along with a realistic view of their closed pool to contrast with the idyllic photo used by the hotel.

    Not worth your money!!!!!
We had 5 rooms booked, 4 king rooms and a double. We ended up with 5 king rooms and only 2 of them had refrigerators. Most of the rooms were clean however 2 of them had hair in the sinks. I didn't receive an email notifying me of the pool being down until about 10 minutes before I checked in. The elevator was broke down and my elderly father had to walk the steps to the 4th floor and was not offered a new room on the ground level even after I had asked if they could accommodate him. I got stuck in the elevator for over 45 minutes and not one staff member asked if there was something they could do or asked if I was ok. My family decided to just get away for the weekend and we were very disappointed in the whole experience.

    Nice hotel, meh staff
The hotel was okay, obviously a new aquisition. There were temporary signs covering whatever the old signs were. The rooms seemed clean. In ghis time though there was no way yo know if iy had bern disinfected. Absolutely no staff were wearing masks despite the signs on the entrance door stating masks must be worn at all times.

nice staff but super unorganized - took us 20+ mins to check in and then gave us a key to a room already in use

Could have and should have been better
Front desk clerk was off-putting and borderline unprofessional. Common areas appeared to be un-cooled. Room was in ok condition, hole behind the bathroom door (obviously caused by the handle), wall mounted thermostat did nothing to control the temp in the room as the A/C ran all night. Despite the reservation for two, we had only one towel and one washcloth in the bathroom. Toilet ran excessively, and there was no circulation fan.

Poor effort, falling apart, will not return
When I pulled up I wasn't sure if the entrance was the entrance, not very inviting. Signs all over stating that it is mandatory to wear masks- not one staff member wore a mask during my stay. Went in and in the lobby there was a big puddle of water that looked like it was coming out from under the wall- we let staff know so noone got hurt. I got my room, the room was decent. The bathroom was not. The one was was falling apart. There was mold on the ceiling. I was able to get another room. Next room looked nice. Except the bed completely lopsided. The upper left hand side was way lower. I took pictures and a video so they don't think I did it. We also had to kill two huge spiders. Bathroom was good this time.

    Great staff
Our room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed vacuumed and wiped down. Everything was shut down. My kiddos were disappointed with the outdoor pool being closed. My kids over heard a couple fighting and the guy chasing her. Police did show up. The staff, however was very nice.
