Great weekend getaway!
Great location and conveinent to take a walk over to Fanuiel Hall/Quincy Market or over to the North End for dinner. Cleanliness - room was immaculate and sanitized and the housekeeping crew were respective of late sleeping guests. Elevators are posted for limited number of guests to keep us healthy. Security - for street access you need to use your room key to get in, not knowing this when we got there was a little confusing but it was a quick intercom communication to buzz us in up to the lobby to check in. Friendliness - directing traffic flows and answering questions, they did it all with a smile. Go for the room with the downtown view!

What an interesting room! Exactly as it looks in the photos. Really unique and very modern. There's an iPad in every room that controls everything - how cool. The lights, temperature, TV, etc. Would stay again.

I had a short stay in Boston, MA for a job interview. Great hotel. Modern, kind staff and super clean! There was no hidden charges and clear instructions. I do hope they add more food choices in the Food menu.

Enjoyed my stay there and will go back.
My girlfriend and I wanted to take a trip through Boston and the northeast to catch the falling of the leaves. We chose the M because, it had a great rate and great location for seeing the city. Check in was interesting, basically touchless. We used iPads to submit our information and at some point also made our own keys. There were a few Covid related questions, but they were unobtrusive. The rooms were almost Japanese in style, small and efficient. The over large bed stretched from wall-to-wall so that the person sleeping on the inside would have to crawl over someone to get to the restroom for instance. This was not a problem, but may be for some. The toilet occupy the same space as the shower, but was separated by a curtain, which actually wasn’t too bad. Fellow room occupants will see you and certainly smell you through the smoked glass. I ended up using the restroom in the lobby. The restaurant is overly expensive and does not have good food or alcohol, but there are so many places nearby, that it was not a big deal. The view from the restaurant deck is amazing. They should consider putting heaters out there for guest comfort. I Enjoyed my stay there and will go back.

Different but good
The facility was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay there again. There are some things that are odd or take some getting used to. The room is primarily controlled via a iPad tablet (but had switches as well for the non tech peeps) but the tablet is limited in what it can do. It would seem that a room so techy would have a lot more techy options. The TV can ONLY be controlled by the iPad and it takes at least 4 steps to turn the TV off without turning off every light in the room after the iPad has gone to sleep. There’s limited ways to turn on and control lights individually (or is there were ways I couldn’t figure it out) and lastly there was no option to sign in to my streaming services or screen share to the tv from my devices. The room is basically a upper end cruise line room but done so well with use of space you can hardly complain about it. Our only issues with the spacing was late night bathroom trips or getting ready for a night out at the same time as my wife. The check out process was interesting. I haven’t been required to check out of a room in many years and that was a bit of a nuisance but even still the process was VERY fast. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location is perfect and we would stay there again.
