Hotel Short Stay
Very happy with our stay at the Citizen M, Staff were all very friendly and helpful, in particular a special mention to Jack who welcomed us and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived at the Citazen M and was very friendly and helpful. the room was very cozy and clean and had all the amenities needed. the hotel room was quiet and peaceful. the hotel lobby was relaxed and friendly and occasionally we chilled in front of the television. you are fairly close to Zurich HB station approx 10 minute walk, plenty of Transport outside and shops very close by.

Good location ! 10 minutes from train station and central location. About a 10 minute walk from the lake where you can swim. Room was great and modreb. Ipad controlled the lights, blinds, AC and TV. You could cast to the TV which was great. There was also a fridge in the room. Would stay again!

Loved it!
Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. The design and use of the space in the rooms was fantastic. I loved the design of the hotel, and the staff was top notch. They also all spoke English which was very helpful for us since we dont speak Swiss German.
