I asked for Handicap as I have a handicapped son and the room was very narrow and not wheelchair accessible, they denied that I had requested this when I booked at hotels.com during check in. The room was so far it was difficult to enter and exit the building with my handicapped son. Overall the hotel is beautiful but not accessible. .
