Airport hotel without airport shuttle service
The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. This hotel bills itself as an airport hotel but does not offer free hotel shuttle service. Worse, nowhere is it mentioned that a shuttle can be arranged for more than half the cost of a taxi. The extra costs associated with transportation (from 30 to 60 euros) don’t make it worthwhile staying here

Decent Property but bad staff attitude
Check-in - The check-in was absolutely smooth and the staff at the reception was very polite Rooms - Room size was decent for the price paid Location - The location is 10 mins drive from the airport. The staff at the reception on the evening (Around 9:30 PM) of 24th May was very rude. Our request for an airport transfer was firstly not entertained and eventually accepted if the person at the reception was doing us a favor. We also felt we were racially profiled as I and my colleague were the only 2 people who were asked if we have paid for food that we purchased at the bar. I don't want to rate this property down because of the attitude of just one person as the other staff was very polite and helpful, but I would definitely not visit back if there are more people like her working at the property.
